Styled Studio Couples Session with Rajshree & Hayes

I had the opportunity to do an intimate couples photo session with an old high school classmate and his stunning new wife! It was such a blast reconnecting with Hayes, meeting Rajshree, and capturing their love in a natural light studio near Albany, New York.

Let me start by saying that this styled session was an absolute dream. The studio itself was bathed in this incredible natural light that just brought out the best in my subjects. It created this warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the love and connection between the two of them.

I wanted to capture their relationship in a way that was timeless yet vibrant and colorful. I think that’s what makes couples photography so special – freezing a moment in time that reflects not only the beauty of the individuals but also the unique bond they share. And let me tell you, these two had it in spades! Their love just radiated throughout the entire session.

There’s something magical about photographing couples who are just starting their journey together. You can feel the excitement and anticipation in their eyes, and it’s truly awe-inspiring. As a photographer, being able to document these special moments is an incredible privilege. As I was editing the photos from the session, I couldn’t help but smile at the genuine happiness on their faces. It was like looking at a love story unfold before my eyes. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with my old classmate and meet his beautiful bride. It’s moments like these that remind me why I pursued photography in the first place.
