Unique DC Engagement Photo Session

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lily and Emily at Glen Echo Park in Washington DC in April 2024 for their unique DC engagement photo session, just a few months before their wedding. From the very start, it was clear how deeply in love they are.

Lily and Emily are such a sweet couple. They were a bit shy in front of the camera, but they quickly relaxed as I got to work. Their connection shone through in every shot. They also brought their impeccable sense of style, making each frame feel effortless and fashionable.

Glen Echo Park provided the perfect backdrop with its playful, colorful architecture and cheerful spring light. We captured candid laughter, playful moments, and quiet, intimate glances that truly tell a couple’s story.

Documenting sessions like this is one of my favorite parts of being a travel engagement photographer. Every couple has a unique story, and Lily and Emily’s love was such a joy to capture. It was also incredibly fun to call myself a Washington DC engagement photographer for the day.
